Wilson Disease Direct Appeal fundraising for research

On August 29, 2011, the WDA launched a major fundraising appeal to raise money toward research. Over 3,000 individuals received this letter in the mail or via e-mail. If you have not returned your remittance form with a donation yet, please do so without delay so that we can continue to plan for this important research collaboration.

If you have lost your mailing, or would like extras so that your friends and family can contribute, please contact the WDA office or download extra copies here.

The remittance form can be mailed to the WDA office at 5572 N. Diversey Blvd. Milwaukee, WI. 53217-5201.
